Rail and Tube
Charing Cross Station is the nearest National Rail service to the Garrick Theatre and it is a mere six minute walk to the venue from here. From Charing Cross, cross the road outside the station and turn left onto Duncannon Street. Head straight up St Martin’s Place until you reach Charing Cross Road and the Garrick is on the right.
Alternatively, if travelling from King’s Cross St Pancras, it is a twelve minute journey on the Piccadilly Line to Leicester Square Underground and then a two minute walk to the Garrick from here. If travelling from Euston, it is a seven minute journey on the Northern Line to Leicester Square Underground and then a two minute walk to the Garrick from here.
The nearest Underground stations are Charing Cross on the Bakerloo and Northern Lines and Leicester Square on the Northern and Piccadilly Lines.
Buses will arrive and depart from Charing Cross Road, which is the road the Garrick is on. Bus Routes are 3, 6, 9, 12, 13, 15, 23, 24, 29, 30, 91 and 139.
Car and Taxi
If traveling to the Garrick by car, be aware that the theatre is situated within the London Congestion Charging Zone, which applies weekdays from 7am to 6pm and costs £10 per day. If you are arriving after 6pm then you will not be charged.
The Garrick Theatre is part of the Q-Park Theatreland Parking Scheme and the nearest car park is the 24 hour Q Park Chinatown Car Park at 20 Newport Place, WC2H 7PR. Parking costs £18 for up to three hours and £24 for four hours. Those seeing a show at the Garrick can save 50% if they have their ticket validated at the theatre.
